Its a Samsung CRG5 27" 240Hz monitor. It sits about an arm lenght away from my eyes. When I play games or watch something, I can't look at it for more than 1-2 hours. I use it at 25% brightness, 60% contrast, 60% sharpness, display gamma in mode 1 and eye saver mode turned off.
