WebNov 24, 2024 · I have really enjoyed working at Redfin so far. Lots of great training and positive people. I especially like the flexibility of working as an Associate Agent (and as independent contractor). I can work as much or as little as I like. The website and technology is also very good. Cons The only con is that income is not consistent. WebRedfin was a great place to work but after their IPO everything changed. They demand more from employees than they compensate for. They provide a steady paycheck but their salaries do not provide a livable wage unless employees works at least 60 hours a week.
